For Junk Journal Boss Summit 2026

Effective Date: May 19, 2026

Welcome to the Junk Journal Boss Summit 2026 (“Summit”), operated by Kristi Stone Media (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering for or participating in this Summit, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Summit Access

The Summit is free to attend during the scheduled event period. Certain premium content, extended replay access, bonuses, or materials may be offered through the purchase of an Extended Access Pass.

Replay access for free attendees will remain available for approximately 6 hours on June 12, 2026, unless otherwise stated.

2. Extended Access Pass Purchases

All Extended Access Pass purchases are final.

Refunds will only be issued in cases of accidental duplicate purchases of the same product by the same customer.

Because digital products are delivered immediately, no other refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

3. Intellectual Property

All Summit materials, including videos, PDFs, graphics, workshop materials, presentations, and downloadable content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Presenters retain ownership of their own presentations and materials.

By participating as a presenter, presenters agree not to distribute their Summit presentation content for free publicly for a minimum of 90 days following the Summit in order to preserve the value of the Extended Access Pass.

Attendees may not:

  • reproduce Summit materials

  • share paid access materials publicly

  • redistribute downloads

  • upload Summit recordings elsewhere

  • resell any Summit content

4. Community Conduct

Participants who join the official Summit Facebook community at:

agree to participate respectfully.

Harassment, hate speech, spam, abusive conduct, solicitation, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the group and/or Summit access without warning or refund.

5. Email Communications

By registering for the Summit, you consent to receive:

  • Summit-related emails

  • reminders and updates

  • promotional offers

  • newsletters and marketing communications from Kristi Stone Media

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in emails.

6. Affiliate Promotions

Some presenters, speakers, or affiliates may receive commissions for promoting the Summit or related offers.

7. Educational Purposes Only

The Summit is intended for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific artistic, creative, personal, or financial outcomes from participation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kristi Stone Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Summit or use of Summit materials.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

9. Changes to the Summit

We reserve the right to modify schedules, speakers, content, bonuses, access periods, or event details at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
