🎟️ Is the summit free?

Yes! The Junk Journal Boss Summit 2026 is free to attend during the live event window. An optional Extended Access Pass is available for those who want longer access to the sessions after the summit ends.

⏳ How long are replays available?

Free replay access is available for a limited time on June 12, 2026 (approximately 6 hours). After that window closes, replays are only available through the Extended Access Pass.

💛 What is the Extended Access Pass?

The Extended Access Pass gives you longer access to summit sessions so you can:

  • rewatch workshops anytime

  • learn at your own pace

  • revisit techniques and ideas

  • take your time without rushing

🔑 I didn’t receive my access email

First, check:

  • spam or junk folders

  • the email used at registration

  • spelling errors in your email address

If you still can’t find it, please contact support and include your registration email so we can help quickly.

🧵 I’m having trouble accessing the summit

Try these quick fixes:

  • refresh your browser

  • clear cache or try incognito mode

  • switch devices (phone/desktop)

  • confirm you’re logged into the correct email

💳 I was charged twice

If you believe you were charged twice for the Extended Access Pass, please contact support immediately with your payment details so we can review and correct it.

💸 Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of the Extended Access Pass, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of accidental duplicate purchases.

📧 Will I receive emails from the summit?

Yes. By registering, you agree to receive summit-related updates, reminders, and occasional marketing emails from Kristi Stone Media. You may unsubscribe at any time.

🎨 Who owns the workshop content?

All presenters retain ownership of their content. Summit materials may not be copied, shared, or redistributed.
